Fayruze Noor established the company in 2005 and specialised particularly in property related matters and administration of estates. She graduated from University in 1989. Completed her articles at Faibridge Arderne & Lawton.
Mrs Noor was admitted as an attorney during 1991 and thereafter practised for some years in the commercial and development aspect of law particularly related to development and tenanting of commercial properties, maritime law and Estates and Trust department. She lectured Roman Law at the UWC and thereafter completed her HDip in Tax law at UCT.
Fayruze Noor worked with a team at SARS particularly lending her expertise to the recovery of tax funds from companies and individuals that had been sequestrated and liquidated by attaching fiduciary responsibility to its directors. Hence the birth of the Criminal Project at SARS.
Mrs Noor was thereafter appointed as head of the tax law and recoveries department at SARS. She completed her conveyancing exams during 2004 and became an admitted conveyancer 2005. Due to her extensive background in development and feasibility studies and risk analysis it allowed her to create a niche and assist clients on the “one stop shop” basis.
The firm has an understanding and compassionate approach to traumatic circumstances of clients and are quick to relate to client's needs.
